Hour 1 — Think & Plan
We open with a blank page and an idea. Together we'll brainstorm the product, talk through what it needs to do, and
write a PRD (Product Requirements Document) — the same artifact real teams use before touching code.
⚙️ Hour 2 — Build
We prototype live. You'll see how AI-assisted development actually works — not the polished demo version, the real
version where things break and we fix them. Shadcn, Next.js, real components, real decisions.
🌐 Hour 3 — Ship
We deploy. Live. To a real URL. You leave with a link you can actually share.
