Traditionally, healthcare has often been done to patients, but we need a shift towards collaboration — doing things with patients, and learning from their insights. Involving patients and caregivers from the start leads to better design and resources.

Led by Mark Duman, a Patient Engagement Pioneer at Illuminate PE. With over 30 years of experience across the NHS, Mark promotes shared decision-making and enhances information quality for patients.
