StoryOly "Rumor"

Join us for StoryOly, a lively monthly oral storytelling competition! 📖✨

🔹 What: An invitation for the general public (21+) to share personal, true stories on stage based on the theme of the month.
🔹 Where: The Brotherhood Lounge, 119 Capitol Way N, Olympia, WA 98501.
🔹 When: Every third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM. Please arrive early to grab a seat, as it tends to be a popular event!
🔹 Cost: Suggested donation of $10-20 at the door — remember, it's NOTAFLOF (No One Turned Away for Lack of Funds). Half of the funds collected are donated to local charities and non-profits.

🌈 Each teller has a max of 8 minutes to share their story, rated by three volunteer judges from the audience. Judging criteria focuses on storytelling skills: Was the story engaging? Did it have a clear structure? The monthly winner takes home a cash prize and qualifies for the StoryOly Grand Slam in September 2025! 🏆
