During the summer months, MOVE takes a break to let you bask in the sun, but we know how vital it is to keep the PRAXIS alive! Join us for an enriching evening from 19:00 to 21:00!

✨ IGNITE is about reconnecting with yourself, awakening your senses, and embracing your presence. When you feel deeply connected to your own being, everything else—especially interaction with others—becomes infinitely more fulfilling.

You will be guided by a group of skilled facilitators offering diverse methods that make IGNITE the ideal Tuesday ritual. Practice makes perfect—return regularly to elevate your awareness and connection to yourself and enrich your embodiment and play!
