Sunday Morning Bird Walks

Join us for a delightful guided walk on the Garden's nature trails, led by a knowledgeable Friend of the Garden volunteer! Discover the fascinating world of Newfoundland birds as you stroll through beautiful landscapes.

🕗 Starts at 8:00 AM on Sunday mornings and 9:00 AM in October.
📍 Meeting Point: Parking lot across from the main gate. Arrive a few minutes early as the group leaves promptly!
🔭 Bring binoculars and wear comfortable footwear — walks typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours.

Everyone is welcome, including newcomers!

Check Availability: Call the Garden at 709-864-8590 between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM the day before to confirm if the program is running.

✨ No fee is required for this guided experience!

🗓️ Guided walks will begin on May 3 and continue weekly until May 24, then every second week starting June 7 through the end of October. Ideal for individuals and small family groups. Larger groups should contact the Garden for special arrangements.
