What to Expect:

• Week 1-3: Learn essential painting techniques with Ruth, including:

  • 🖼️ Observation Skills: Paint a still-life floral arrangement with inks.
  • 🌌 Abstract Painting: Discover how to transform images into abstract art.
  • ✏️ Mark Making: Use unconventional tools for texture and self-expression.

• Week 4-6: Focus on your own mini project under Ruth’s guidance:

  • 🎨 Develop your artistic idea using a sketchbook.
  • 🌟 Create a series of exploratory artworks.
  • 🌺 Produce a final piece that reflects your unique creative interests.

Experience the charm of Brighton in the beautiful Liberation Art Gallery, nestled in the historic Lanes, surrounded by rich architecture and vibrant culture. 🌸 Immerse yourself in the creative atmosphere and connect with fellow art lovers.

• Mediums Used: Acrylic, ink, and mixed media (pastels, collage, etc.).
• All materials included!
• Schedule: Weekly sessions on Sundays from 11 am - 1 pm.
