Sunset Skate

Let’s roll, Memphis! 🛼 The 2x award-winning Sunset Skate returns to the beautiful riverfront for another unforgettable season full of community fun! Join Memphis River Parks Partnership on the last Thursday of the month from May through July, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. under the Sunset Canopy in Tom Lee Park.

Each night features:

• Free 30-minute skate rentals provided by Cordova Skating Center (first come, first served!)
• High-energy DJ sets from the Voice of MSCS (88.5 FM) 🎶
• Skate dance lessons with Step & Skate Movement 💃
• Funky themed skate nights all season long!

🎉 2026 Sunset Skate Schedule:

• June 4: Yeah GLOW! 🌟 Light up the night with free glow sticks (while supplies last) - POSTPONED TO JUNE 4
• June 25: Jersey Jam ⚾️ Rep your favorite team or player and roll in style.
• July 30: Back 2 School 📚 Roll into the school year with school supply and book giveaways (while supplies last).
• PLUS: October 24: Spooky Skate 🎃 A hauntingly fun daytime skate from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. Stay tuned for details!

Note: Protective gear (pads, wrist guards, or helmets) is not provided, so please bring your own!
