We will concentrate on balance, strength, and flexibility through intermediate poses and flows. If you're eager to elevate your practice, this class is perfect for you!

Location: Parco Sempione

Pricing

• Drop-in: €15
• 2 classes: €28
• 4 classes: €50
  All prices are final and include VAT. Each pack is valid until the end of July for all regular group classes, both weekend and future weekday sessions. Packs can also be used for classes as they are released on Meetup.

What to Bring
Don't forget your yoga mat (or a towel), dress in layers for changing weather, and consider bringing water, sun cream, and insect spray!

Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before: Cancel directly on Meetup → No charge
• Up to 1 hour before the class: Message me on WhatsApp → Your credit is kept
• Less than 1 hour before, no-show, or no notice: Class counted → No refund or credit (no exceptions)

If a class is cancelled due to weather or by the organizer, your credit will not be lost and can be used for another class.

Safety & Notes
Listen to your body and practice at your own pace. This class is not suitable for pregnant women. If you have health concerns, consult a doctor before joining. By attending, you take responsibility for your own practice.
