NETWORKING in a sauna with some cool peeps, building some cool companies 🔥

Guys... we are BORED of the same networking events.

You sit in a room, half listen to a sh*t panel, maybe speak to two people you already know, then head back to work. 😴

So we wanted to try something different.

We're hosting an FOUNDERS + OPERATORS + VC's networking session at Lowlu Sauna in Kentish Town. It's a brand new space and the whole thing is built around proper conversations.

The format is veryyy simple. Three saunas led by experts, three conversations, and you rotate between them. Cold plunge in between each one which, fair warning, wakes you up very quickly. 🥶

Kind of like speed dating!!

There will also be a few other saunas you can go in if you want to have more private/ 1 on 1 chats (or just sit in silence... we feel you).

Amelia Miller is the founder of ivee (backed by Steven Bartlett), Forbes 30U30 and has built a 40,000 LinkedIn following in just 14 months. She'll talk about what it takes to cut through the noise on LinkedIn and how to turn impressions into revenue. She'll also share her AI stack for gaming the algorithm.

🧘 SASHA'S SAUNA: Breathwork session and the nervous system.

Sasha is a trained breathwork coach - her sauna will focus on the side people don’t talk about enough. What pressure actually does to you, how your identity shifts as a founder, and what “resilience” really looks like when things aren’t going to plan. She's all about the psychological side of being a founder. MUCH NEEDED.

🔥 JAMIE'S SAUNA: How to build a founding team (and find a co-founder!)

Jamie has spent over 8 years in recruitment and is the founder of TheRecLab. His sauna will focus on how to build the best founding team and - crucially - how to find a cofounder that will set your startup up for success.

We're keeping it small so it actually feels like a conversation, not a crowd. 30 max.

At the end there's a bit of time to hang out, chat, and meet people without it feeling forced.

There's showers so you can go straight to the office from there.

Tickets are £15, which just covers the sauna.
