This thought-provoking series delves into the haunting nature of memory, often returning uninvited, compelling us to face what we wish to forget.

🕸️ Each artwork incorporates genuine spiderwebs collected from natural sites, transformed onto photographic surfaces in a singular and irreversible way. The golden hue of the webs symbolizes the duality of memories — both captivating and sticky, representing beauty intertwined with pain.

💫 The portraits reflect abstract emotional traces, resonating with invisible threads of past experiences, where feelings linger even after the faces fade. "Web of Memory" is an exploration of how memories trap us within their intricate nets, challenging our perception of liberation.

Tatjana-Aleksandra Aljautdinova is a distinguished visual artist and photographer from Estonia, whose work grapples with themes of memory and human connection.
