Sobre el evento

Join us for a delightful evening filled with chocolate tasting, watercolor painting, and wonderful company! You will indulge in exquisite craft chocolate while creating simple watercolor artworks under the guidance of chocolate maker Charlene Kent, hailing from Trinidad, where her family has been devoted to cacao for generations.

Charlene's legacy includes her grandfather's work fermenting cacao and tonka for plantations, a tradition that fosters a deep respect for the land and craft in every bar she creates. 🌍✨ During this event, you'll savor several of her single origin chocolates, sourced from around the globe.

Experience the unique Taste With Color flavor mapping technique, developed by Hazel Lee, a food scientist at Fever Tree. Think of this as a fun twist on the classic paint and sip, where instead of wine, you'll enjoy chocolates crafted with care and passion. You’ll taste four chocolates from different origins and express your experience through watercolor painting, allowing your curiosity to flow free—no pressure, just enjoyment, color, and chocolate! 🖌️🍬

This occasion is extra special as we will be joined by Sarah Bharath, an esteemed ethnobotanist known for her expertise in cacao fermentation and soil health. With years of experience collaborating with cacao farmers, Sarah's insights into the journey from seed to chocolate bar are invaluable. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to deepen your understanding of cacao and chocolate! 🌱🍫

We will taste, paint, learn, and savor a sensory experience that emphasizes the unifying joy of chocolate.
