The Big Stretch

Join us for an inspiring guided yoga session led by NSPCA volunteer Niamh of 'Namaste With Niamh' in the serene NSPCA Pet Memorial Garden. 🧘‍♀️ Experience tranquility as you stretch and unwind, surrounded by nature!

After the session, have some fun interacting with our shelter dogs, cats, and bunnies who are all looking for loving homes. 🐶🐱🐰 Feel free to grab a coffee and take a leisurely stroll around the shelter to meet other animals in our care.

Additionally, we’ll host a delightful puppy/dog/bunny socialisation session (weather permitting) that you can join! 🌞

Important:
Please leave your own pets at home due to the presence of shelter animals.
All fitness levels are welcome, and participants must be aged 16 and over.
