Why This Conversation Matters

Enterprise program management is entering a defining period. AI is transitioning from an experiment to an embedded operating layer, altering the responsibilities of program managers and complicating existing structural challenges:

• Decisions made in meetings, chats, and calls often get lost immediately.
• Status reporting consumes hours that should be directed to execution.
• Critical context disappears when team members change roles or leave.
• Cross-functional alignment diminishes as silos and priorities increase.
• New stakeholders still learn the old way by asking who was previously involved.

Program leaders are navigating these challenges largely in isolation, tackling similar issues independently without a shared platform to discuss what comes next. This roundtable series aims to address these gaps.

Why We Are Convening This

PixelMixer is developing an AI knowledge layer for cross-functional enterprise teams, designed to capture decisions, context, and execution history from meetings, recordings, chats, and project tools. Together with Frank Bisbiglia, author of The Project Paradigm, we invite a select group of senior program and project leaders—not to pitch, but to listen. Insights from each discussion will be compiled into a resource for participants and the broader PMI community, promoting dialogue on how AI is reshaping project, program, and product leadership.

Each session will be influenced by the perspectives at the table. Core themes will include:

   In what ways can AI continuously generate project intelligence, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder updates, eliminating the need for manual reporting cycles?

   Why do large initiatives lose alignment across business, engineering, product, and vendors, and what practices can maintain cohesion?

6. The Next Project Paradigm
   What will program management look like in the next three to five years? What capabilities should organizations start investing in today?

• Participants: 8–10 senior program leaders
• Roundtable: Curated discussion followed by world-famous Italian cuisine
• Learnings will be synthesized, anonymized, and shared with participants and the broader PMI community.

We seek PMO Managers, Senior TPMs, or Principal Program Managers at enterprise technology or financial services organizations—those managing complex portfolios, collaborating directly with executive leadership, and entrusted to bridge strategy and accountable execution.
