• FIRST COURSE

  🦪 Port Stephens Oysters (GF) with mignonette, lemon, eschallots, and brown rice vinegar

• SECOND COURSE
  🍤 Prawn Cocktail (GF) with marie rose sauce, fried capers, chives, avocado, and lettuce
  🦑 Salt & Pepper Squid with wild honey, tahini mayo, sesame seeds, and pimento peppers
  🐚 Scallops In The Shell with Calabrian chilli butter, garlic crumbs, and pimento peppers

• THIRD COURSE
  🦐 Grilled Moreton Bay Bugs (GF) with Café de Paris butter, chives, and charred lemon
