Life moves quickly. Between work, family, responsibilities and everything we carry in our minds, it can feel like we are always moving without ever truly stopping.
This gathering is an invitation to pause.
Join us on the river in central London for an afternoon of rest, care and connection with other women in a calm and welcoming setting.
The afternoon will include a thoughtful panel conversation exploring rest, wellbeing and the inner lives of women, along with nourishing food, quiet moments of reflection and opportunities to connect with others.
Nothing heavy. Nothing overwhelming.
Just a beautiful space where you can come exactly as you are and leave feeling lighter.
