Join us for The Recovery Barre every Tuesday at 6:45 PM in the Balcony Room at the Alano North Club!
The Recovery Barre combines an uplifting space for sharing with a beginner-friendly barre and pilates class for all levels, open to anyone seeking a sober community. Whether you identify as substance-free, sober-curious, or in recovery, all are welcome!
Admission: FREE or donation-optional! 🌟
Please note, mats are provided—just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothes. Court slips must be signed.
