This Workshop is Perfect For You If:

  • You question whether Pilates is sufficient for your fitness goals.
  • You’re worried that lifting weights will bulk you up.
  • You’re unsure about how much protein you need for your workouts.
  • You desire to enter the gym with confidence and a sense of belonging.

What to Expect:

  • 30-minute strength training information session, followed by an open Q&A.
  • 60-minute guided full-body strength workout.
  • A tailored workout plan to take home.
  • A supportive, judgment-free environment.
  • Depart knowing how to execute movements, understand your training needs, and navigate the gym without uncertainty.
