Tresor Lockers:
Garderobe at Tresor is now self-service.
Lockers open and close using the DAYLOX app and NFC tap
IMPORTANT: Download the Daylox app before arriving: iOS / Android
Bring a charged phone. NFC must be on.
If your case blocks the signal, remove it and try again.
Tresor staff are on site if you need support.

Presale Tickets:
Community tickets are available in limited quantities for individuals who are unemployed, receiving social welfare, hold a severely disabled person’s card, or receive benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act.
Students do not automatically qualify for this discount, as it is intended to provide access to cultural events for those receiving social assistance.
Door staff may request valid identification alongside your presale ticket upon entry.

Ticketing Policy:
All ticket purchases, resales, and refund requests are handled exclusively by Resident Advisor. For refund enquiries, please refer to RA’s support guidelines.
A ticket does not guarantee entry. Tresor reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest in accordance with its house policy.
