Tying for Everyone: Movement and Ropes (ENG)

Our Regular Tuesday workshops – Tying for Everyone are truly for everyone, including total beginners. 🪢

🌟 Workshop Focus

Movement can be as big as a leap or as small as a breath.
You can make your partner move while tying, or you can approach the logic of motion itself:

• Does it serve you better to be on this side of your partner or another?
• Is your movement as a rigger efficient enough to tie for the whole day?

This workshop is not only about one aspect or the other.
We’ll dive deep into all kinds of movements in tying – you’ll experience tying in movement and also learn how to improve your efficiency as a rigger. 💫

Suitable for all experience levels – from complete beginners to advanced riggers.

🧳 Bring with You

• 🪢 Ropes: Bring 3–4 ropes (recommended length: 7.5–8 m).
  • Ropes will be available for purchase on-site.
  • Unsure which ropes to get? Visit our rope e-shop 👉 Provazem.cz or send us a message.
  • Borrowing ropes is also possible.
• 👕 Comfortable clothes.
• 🛋️ Recommended: A blanket or cover for our futons.

ℹ️ Useful Information

• 🕗 Doors open: 19:45 – we recommend arriving early so we can start on time.
• 📍 Location: Prague, near Anděl, in our beautiful studio.
  • Exact address will be sent by email after registration confirmation.
  • Futons are provided (no need to bring a mat).
  • 🚫 No shoes in the main room.

Registration is required in advance – places are limited.
Please register for the exact number of spots (e.g., a couple registers for 2 spots).

The workshop is for pairs.
If you register as an individual, please note that in your registration and do not pay until we find you a partner. We’ll contact you if a suitable partner is found.
