🌱 Under the Figs Community Planting 🌱 Join us to plant trees and celebrate World Environment Day! Gather with friends, neighbours, and the Islington Park Landcare Group to celebrate the environment and care for these iconic 140-year-old fig trees.🌲Adults and kids of all ages welcome. No experience needed. 🌳Please bring gloves, a hat and wear enclosed shoes. Tools will be provided. 🌴We'll meet under the fig trees along Maitland Road at the southern end of Islington Park, near the cricket ground.We look forward to seeing you there! ✨📅 Saturday 20 June, 9am - 11am 📍Islington Park (southern end).
