Through guided exercises, intention-setting, and mindful listening, you'll cultivate a deeper relationship with your sound and presence. This foundational session paves the way for a fully immersive singing circle where we will create a symphony of connection and shared resonance! 🎶

Expect no performances or pressure—just the liberating and healing power of communal singing. As our voices intertwine, we'll notice a shift: listening intensifies, connection flourishes, and the group becomes a harmonious instrument.

This event also celebrates four years of Vocal Freedom in Lisbon! Although we can't host the full three-day workshop this year, this gathering allows us to reconnect and honor the vibrant community that has blossomed around our work. It's a moment to gather, revel, and connect with a global network of loving voices! 🌍❤️
