You've seen a poster that stopped you in your tracks. Maybe it was the colours, the lettering, the sheer confidence of it.
This session is about figuring out why it works, and then making one yourself.
We'll start by breaking down what actually makes a great poster great. Illustration, composition, type, hierarchy, the choices designers and artists make that you maybe never noticed before.
Then you'll put it into practice and make your own poster from scratch, something bold, something personal, something worth hanging on your wall.
Led by illustrator and artist Ellie (@eleeeish), no experience needed, no brief to follow. Just show up, learn something, and leave with something you actually made.
