Ways of Holding
What holds us through becoming?
In celebration of Pride Month, r y e New Bahru transforms into an intimate gallery showcasing the incredible works of queer artists Chuen Kah Jun, Dylan Chan, Alvin Ong, and Suhu Hee.
Ways of Holding invites us to explore queerness as a fluid identity, rich with layers and connections. Reflect on what we inherit, reveal, and cherish, as well as what shapes our evolving selves.
🎨 Join us for a delightful afternoon where you can meet the artists, appreciate their works, and enjoy drinks and light bites!
Guests will also have the chance to view and purchase selected pieces, with proceeds benefitting queer organizations.
🛍️ In addition, r y e will feature a small museum gift shop, curated with books from Epigram, artist-led objects, and one-of-a-kind pieces made especially for this event.
This is a free event, with tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this gathering is intimate, limited to 30 guests.
We hope you’ll join us to celebrate Pride and engage with the artists and their extraordinary work! 🤍
