Join us for our weekly Baby Café at the Floyd K. Lindstrom Clinic! This welcoming space allows breastfeeding veterans and their little ones to come together and share their joys and challenges with each other. 🌸

What to Expect:

• Meet and connect with other breastfeeding dyads 🤱
• Discuss a variety of topics with a VA lactation specialist, including:
  • Alternative feeding strategies 🍼
  • Navigating breastfeeding with multiples and siblings 👶👶
  • Tips for older infants and breastfeeding 🌟
  • Pumping techniques 💧
  • Returning to work/school 📚
  • Understanding signs of a good latch ✔️
  • Skin-to-skin care ❤️
  • Tongue/lip tie issues 🌀
  • And so much more!
