We're at a moment where the old ways of leading—top-down, individualised, extractive—are visibly failing. And yet the alternatives we're trying to build are hard to hold. Not because we lack the ideas, but because we haven't yet learned to feel them, to sense the living texture of a system we're part of, and to trust what that sensing tells us.
A mycelium doesn't coordinate through hierarchy. It shares resources, responds to stress, and holds the forest together through an invisible web of relationships. We think there's something in that: a way of being in systems that we can actually practice, not just theorise about.
In this session, we invite you to do exactly that. Together we'll move through a curated experience designed to help you feel into the relational field, the invisible connective tissue between us that shapes what's possible.

How do we sense the system we're in?
You can expect warmth and getting-to-know-each-other to open the evening, followed by movement, guided reflections, and a deep meditative connection, facilitated by Manuela Rodriguez, who brings a rare combination of energy work and embodied leadership practice  for systems change. Come curious and comfortable.
