Workshop s Legitas: Právní minimum pro startupy

Launching a startup is often a time of great excitement and sleep deprivation, but it also brings a host of legal issues that are frequently overlooked or underfunded in the early stages. This workshop provides participants with an overview of key topics they should be aware of early on to avoid unnecessary risks.

Together, we will focus on:
the differences between sole proprietorships and limited liability companies (and, looking ahead, the EU Inc. concept) methods of withdrawing funds from the company and separating personal and corporate assets
relationships between partners and a robust shareholders agreement (SHA) licensing, trademarks, and AI compliance
preparing the company for an investor’s entry term sheets and the differences between angel investors and venture capital funds

• The event is designed as an interactive session—participants can bring their own questions and topics they are currently addressing. In addition to theoretical foundations, they will primarily gain practical answers applicable to their business.
