Join us for a refreshing outdoor yoga experience in collaboration with our wonderful neighbors at Café Thoras! 🌳💪

🧘 Practical Information:

• Arrive 10 minutes early to set up your yoga mat!
• Dress appropriately for the weather.
• Yoga mats will be provided.
• If the weather isn’t cooperating, we will shift to the indoors at Rört Studio.

Experience Yoga GROW, a dynamic class blending the principles of Hatha and Anusara yoga. This class encourages your body to “grow” and explore new postures. All levels are welcome!
