Hello everyone! 🌼 Join me for a rejuvenating Summer Solstice Yoga Flow!

I am a 550hr certified Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) with extensive teaching experience across various countries. I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, Pilates, and Dance. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Let’s welcome summer and celebrate the longest day of the year with a calming yoga session by the sea! 🌊

What to Expect:

• 🌊 Gentle all-levels energizing flow
• 🌞 Breathwork, mudra & mindful meditation
• 🌬️ Ocean breeze, sunlight, and grounding energy

What to Bring:

• 🧘 Your own yoga mat and/or beach towel 🏖️
• 👚 Comfortable clothes to move in
• 👙🩳 Bathing suit if you’d like to swim afterwards
• 💦 Water bottle
• ☀️ Your morning energy!
