This week's trail is brought to you by a suspicious number of milestones. Big Top is celebrating another trip around the sun, 20 years of hashing, and the fact that despite all evidence to the contrary, she's still alive and somehow still willing to lay trail. Come help celebrate with a healthy amount of running, walking, (or creative shortcutting), cold beer, and excellent company.

If the RA is feeling generous and weather is permitting, we can have circle in the park afterwards and cool off with a swim in the lake. So bring your running shoes AND your swimsuit if you're feeling brave.

Whether you've known Big Top for 20 years, or for 20 minutes, she would like to celebrate with all of you. Let's raise a drink to another year, because birthdays come and go, but embarrassing Hash stories live forever.

Wollishofen bahnhof. Look for English speakers wearing running gear.

We'll meet at 6:50 pm to start at 7:00 pm.
There's a charge of CHF 5 for participating, which covers all you can drink beer/cider (and non-alcoholic alternatives) plus snacks afterwards.

If you are new, curious, and want to get out of the house, stretch your legs, talk shit, enjoy a drink, and hopefully a laugh, then here's what you need to know:
• We are a social running/walking group, physical fitness is not required, but a sense of humour is useful.
• The aim is to find the 'Beer Stop' at the end of the 'trail' and have fun.
• 'True Trail' is typically 4-7 km. Some will go less (especially those walking or walk/running), and some over-achieving fast runners will go further.
