Are you gearing up for the 20km of Brussels and looking for a training partner? Look no further!

To make it easier for everyone, we utilize the official 20km Brussels pacemaker system:

    Run/walk friendly for those focusing on finishing
  • ๐ŸŸฃ Steady (โ‰ˆ 2h00)
    Comfortable pace for regular runners
  • ๐ŸŸข Intermediate (โ‰ˆ 1h45)
    For those seeking a greater challenge
    ๐Ÿ‘‰ Not sure of your pace? Start slow โ€” feel free to switch groups anytime!

We've got a system to help you progress towards race day:

*Expect a lighter week prior to the race!
