Welcome to 5 Elements Ecstatic Dance — Spring season 2026! 🎉 This is a space to move freely and express yourself fully — a sober, joyful celebration of movement, connection, and presence. 🌌 Experience a dance floor with soul! ❤️

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time, this journey is all about enjoying the moment. Dive into earthy, sensual rhythms, get wild with fiery tunes, soar to uplifting melodies, and return to yourself in gentle, flowing movement. 🌍🔥💃

We start with a guided warm-up leading into a free flow where the music takes charge. Dance your way through the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — as the journey unfolds with electronic sounds, funky grooves, playful rhythms, and flowing melodies. 🎶✨

We conclude with a moment of stillness, followed by an optional sharing circle. No choreography. No pressure. Just your rhythm, your way. All bodies are welcome, and no dance experience is necessary.

The hall is a mobile-free and talk-free zone.
Respect boundaries while inviting contact through smiles and playful interactions.
No sexual activities on the dance floor.
Care for yourself and take breaks when needed.

Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, and we recommend dancing barefoot. Feel free to hang out after the session and enjoy some tea. You’re welcome to bring snacks or food! 🍏🧘‍♀️
