💰 Participation Fee:

• Pre-payment (Luma): 4,400円
• On-site payment: 5,000円
• For those attending without prior payment, please pay 5,000円 to the OASIS staff on-site. Payment options include cash and credit card.

📝 Cancellation Policy for Prepayments:

• Cancellation 2 days before: Full participation fee refunded (no cancellation fee) if processed on Luma.
• Cancellation the day before: 50% of participation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellation or no-shows: 100% of the participation fee will be charged if there's no cancellation processed via Luma.
  Refunds for cancellations due to personal reasons will have a small fee deducted for transaction costs. Full refund if canceled due to bad weather or our organization's reasons (fees covered by us).

• Comfortable clothing
• Sports shoes
• Drinks
• Change of clothes (if necessary)

• No changing rooms available, but changing in the restroom is permitted.

• 19:30 - 20:00 - Games
• 20:00 - Networking time

• If you have your own racket, please bring it! OASIS PICKLE CLUB has a limited number available.
• Photo and video recording may occur for documentation and promotional purposes.
