Join us for a memorable evening as we commemorate the 90th anniversary of the first flight of the legendary Spitfire! 🌟

This special event features an exciting lineup of speakers:

  • Dr. Helen Doe – Historian and Author
  • Alan Matlock – Chairman of the Spitfire Makers Trust
  • Dave Key – Hursley Park and Supermarine Historian
  • Alastair 'Steg' Williams – Spitfire Pilot

Listen as they share captivating stories about the aircraft's development, particularly its manufacture in the Romsey area, and the experience of flight! 🛩️

This unique occasion is not to be missed! The event will support the Jane Scarth House cancer support charity based in Romsey, along with the Spitfire Makers Charitable Trust. It's conducted in partnership with the Romsey Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society (RAODS), which manages The Plaza Theatre.
