A summer solstice (midsummer) fanfare for saxophones and Bells.
Join us for a magical evening as we celebrate the arrival of summer with the Summer Solstice Fanfare for Saxophones and Bells! This enchanting live performance, which will also be streamed online, marks the June solstice — the longest day of the year.
Taking place in the beautiful amphitheatre of Vitabergsparken, Stockholm, the performance will commence just as the sun sets at 22:08 CEST on June 21. From this moment on, the days begin to shorten while nights grow longer. Experience the joy of the sun shining above the horizon for an astonishing 18 hours and 37 minutes!
As twilight extends our natural light to over 21 hours (from approximately 02:16 until 23:23), we invite you to join us at the threshold between light and darkness. Let the harmonious sounds of saxophones and bells fill the midsummer evening sky! 🌅✨
