🌅 Join us for a purposeful 6K run to celebrate movement, momentum, and community. We will include moments of breathwork and presence to help you slow down and enjoy the journey.
🏃♂️ Led by ALO Community Coach Rory Warnock, this event welcomes all paces—whether you're an experienced runner or just starting out. Set your own pace, take a deep breath, and let the road be your moving meditation.
🥤 After the run, come back to Common Supply to connect with others and enjoy some bites and hydration!
