Caring for someone with dementia is never easy—but you don’t have to do it alone. Join us at Teal Creek Senior Living for our monthly Alzheimer’s & Dementia Education & Support Meeting.

Led by certified dementia expert Patti James, this free support group is designed to equip caregivers with the knowledge and encouragement they need to keep going.

What You’ll Experience:

✔ Guidance from a Certified Dementia Practitioner & Alzheimer’s Association Facilitator
✔ A different topic each month—focused on real-life challenges and solutions
✔ A supportive space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect
✔ Optional on-site respite during the meeting
✔ Access to Teal Creek’s Respite Care Program and other resources
