AstroPro Fall Tournament Aug 15-16th

Welcome to AstroPro’s exciting Fall Tournament! Join us for an unforgettable weekend of volleyball at EastView Rec located at 1675 5th St E, St. Paul, MN 55106. This year, we're thrilled to introduce a Women’s Division alongside the Men's!

🌟 All tournament profits will go directly towards student scholarships—compete for a great cause, have fun, and support our community!

🏐 Tournament Details:

• Format: Pool Play into Bracket Single Elimination
• Men's Registration Fee: $150 (+ $50 trash/deposit fee = $200)
• Women's Registration Fee: $150 (+ $50 trash/deposit fee = $200)
• Each team will receive a trash bag; deposit refunded upon return to hosts.

📅 Key Information:

• Cap Meeting: 8 AM (no later than 8:05 AM)
  Failure to arrive on time may result in the loss of your deposit.
• Open to all (no non-Asian rule)
• Team Cap: 10 players per team; no team hopping (instant DQ if caught)
• Games start at 8:30 AM; warm-ups are 3 minutes, after which each minute late is a 2-point penalty.
• Round Robin: 2 sets per game, first to 21, win by 2 (cap at 25).
• Single Elimination Bracket: Bo3 format; sideout starts right away.

🏆 Men's Prizes:
🥇1st Place: $1,000 + Trophies
🥈2nd Place: $400 + Trophies
🥉3rd Place: $150 + Trophies
