Synopsis:
Less than two weeks after the tragic September 11th attacks, Joan, an editor, receives a call from Nick, a fire captain devastated by the loss of his men. He seeks a writer to help craft heartfelt eulogies for their memorials. Together, they reminisce about the fallen heroes, tackling grief with humor, shared experiences, and the power of humanity. This storytelling journey brings unexpected friendships, showcasing the vibrancy of life amidst sorrow. The Guys is based on a true story.

Important Details:

• Online audition forms due by July 3rd, 5:00 PM. Walk-in auditions are accepted afterward!
• Audition time slots are first-come, first-served, so submit early!
• Rehearsals kick off at MCT on July 13th, 6:30 PM with a company meeting (please note any conflicts).
• Performances will be at Mabee Theatre II from September 3rd - 20th, 2026. Tech week runs from August 26th - September 2nd.
