August 11th Meet & Greet

🎉 Kindergarten-3rd Grade Families & Scholars, You’re Invited! 🎉
Join us for our Meet & Greet event on August 11th! This is a drop-in event, so families can come at their convenience. Attendance is not required, but we highly encourage families to attend as it’s a great way to prepare for an amazing school year ahead!

Schedule by Grade Level:
📚 3rd Grade: 8:30-10:00
📚 2nd Grade: 10:30-12:00
📚 1st Grade: 12:30-2:00
📚 Kindergarten: 2:30-4:00

This is the perfect opportunity to:

• Meet your scholar’s teachers
• Drop off school supplies
• Pick up important Meet & Greet packets
• Get comfortable with the school before the first day
• Take those special “First Day of School” pictures on campus

Since families will not be permitted to walk scholars into the building on the first day of school, we encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity to become familiar with the campus and procedures ahead of time. Scholars are encouraged to wear their uniforms for memorable photos around campus during the event!

Inside your Meet & Greet packet from your scholar’s homeroom teacher, families will receive:

✅ Carline tags & carline procedure maps
✅ One pager with important QR codes
✅ Bus information
✅ Before & after care forms
✅ And more!

🛍️ Creations to Geaux will also be on site selling Friday Spirit Shirts.
