The Feldenkrais method encourages self-discovery, allowing you to work in harmony with your body. By harnessing the brain's ability to sense and adjust, we'll guide you to find balance and stability in every position and movement!
In our Awareness Through Movement lessons, you'll explore various positions—lying, rolling, sitting, and standing—in unique ways. Master the art of pushing, pulling, and gently transferring your weight until moving becomes synonymous with calm, clarity, and grace!
📅 When? Sessions run from 17:00 to 18:00 on June 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th!
