Band Together for Teachers, Shaping Minds, Sharing Music

Join us for the seventh concert of the 2026 Summer Concert Series! The Lincoln Municipal Band will take the stage to delight you with an evening of music on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Conducted by Assistant Music Director Terry Rush and featuring the talented Carson McTeer on tuba, this event is perfect for a family outing.

Bring your picnic dinner and enjoy a beautiful evening filled with music, family, and friends! 🎉 This concert is a tribute to our educators. For a donation of $5 per name, you can have the name of an educator you wish to recognize printed in the program. Please ensure your donations are postmarked by August 10th for inclusion. Donations can be mailed to the Lincoln Municipal Band business office.

All concerts are FREE and open to the public, held at the John Shildneck Memorial Bandshell in Antelope Park. Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate our teachers while enjoying great music! 🎵
