While it’s especially beneficial for individuals with ADHD, anxiety, or depression, it's a great strategy for anyone looking to improve their productivity!
Feel free to bring along some tools to help you focus, such as fidget toys or noise-cancelling headphones. By following a guided Pomodoro method and playing soothing music, we’ll cultivate the perfect environment for concentration with breaks as needed.
