This event features authors Jenny Sundén (Uppsala University, Södertörn University), Susanna Paasonen (University of Turku), and Katrin Tiidenberg (Tallinn University), who will delve into the significance of sexual platforms within our understanding of social media.

What to Expect:

• Insights from the book exploring local sexual platforms such as the Swedish Darkside (kink and BDSM), the Estonian Libertine Center (non-monogamous community), and Finnish Alastonsuomi (nude and sexual self-expression).
• Discussions on the implications of sexual data, governance from the margins, and the complex interplay of sex and intimacy in networked environments.
