BRICK L3 Stockholm Practice Group 2026

BRICK L3 is an improvement course developed by Bruno & Raiza Galhardo, for zoukers who want to dive deeper into the technical details of zouk in order to perform advanced movements comfortably, with precision and ease. Prerequisites for BRICK L3 is 2 years or more experience of zouk as well as the completion of BRICK L1 and BRICK L2. BRICK L1 focuses on the technique in footwork, L2 on technique in headmovements and shared axis, and L3 on on/off axis tecniques as well as utilizing momentum in movements and headmovements. L3 covers movements such as counter balance variations including with headmovements, Toalha variations, and Single leg spin variations including with headmovements. BRICK L1, L2 & L3 all exists in two formats: One week in person (30h), or hybrid with online courses and a weekend in person (12h).
