Welcome to Cake Club, the one-of-a-kind experience where you can indulge your creativity in cake decorating while delighting your taste buds!
🌸 This spring, we’re thrilled to team up with the incredible Pelah Kitchen! Join us for a delightful two-hour session where you’ll receive expert cake decorating tips from Jenneh before crafting your very own 4-inch layered cake, perfect for satisfying your spring cravings.
✨ Gather around our communal table to sample one of Pelah Kitchen's exquisite cakes while sipping on beverages and making new friends!
Each guest will leave with:

• A uniquely decorated mini cake 🎨
• Cake-decorating skills 🧁
• A sweet tooth fully satisfied 🍬
• The chance to forge new friendships 💖

Choose between decorating:

• 🍋 Lemon butter cake with blueberry lavender jam and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream
  OR
• ☕ Espresso chocolate cake with dark chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream
  Topped with a plethora of edible flowers! 🌼

🚫 This is not a highly technical workshop—just show up, have fun, and enjoy creating and eating cake in a relaxed environment!

👩‍🍳 Meet your Cake Artist: Jenneh Kaikai, founder of Pelah Kitchen, an award-winning microbakery based in Bedstuy, Brooklyn. Her creations evoke a sense of comfort and connection, inspired by her Sierra Leonean heritage. Jenneh's events encourage creativity while highlighting African culinary traditions.

🏠 What to expect at RecCreate?
Our clubs feel like visiting a friend's apartment for a craft hangout, where all materials are provided, and you’ll receive guidance while letting the good times roll! Expect a focus on process, play, and building a community together, complete with conversation prompts.

📍 Getting Here:
The venue is a hidden art studio located at 20 Grand Ave, Brooklyn, on the 6th floor of a commercial building! Arrive and buzz #604, then take the elevator up to 6. Right out of the elevator, take a left at the end of the hallway; the door will be the first on your right.

🚫 Cancellation Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable, but feel free to pass your ticket to a friend if you can’t make it!
