About the artist and her exhibition:
“I left the weight of Ukraine to find a sanctuary made of light and motion in Berlin. That’s how my journey began – as a stranger in a city that offers bright impressions to mask its underlying chaos. What started as a getaway from the darkness became an exploration of a new way of being.
The bar and club scene became my lens for reality; the place where my social, personal, and professional lives finally aligned. It became a source of life in its extremes, and the catalyst for my art’s transformation. I started to see life in colors where destruction looks attractive. I was caught in those moments, wanting to express this mix of emotions – painting the illusion of happiness that dances on the edge of falling apart. It’s the beauty of people coming together to lose themselves in the moment.
These pieces represent my evolution from the day I arrived until now. My style is the result of every high and every low this city gave me."
