Coach trip to London Wetland Centre (Wildfowl and Wetland Trust)

Join us for a delightful journey to the spectacular London Wetland Centre, just 1.25 hours from home! 🚍 Experience 100 acres of stunning landscapes featuring reedbeds, lakes, meadows, and gardens. In February, witness winter ducks, Bittern, Water Rail, Bearded Tit, Water Pipit, Siskin, and Redpoll in their natural habitat. Enjoy engaging wildlife talks and see exotic birds from the ‘wetlands of the world’ up close!

Event Highlights:

• Facilities: Visitor centre, six hides, café, shop, and toilets.
• Accessibility: All hides are wheelchair accessible, including the Peacock Hide with a lift. Plenty of benches and mostly flat paths allow easy navigation. Three mobility scooters are available for booking.
• Admission Charges: WWT members enter for free (please bring your membership card). Non-member group rates are £15.39 for adults and £13.98 for concessions (over 65). Note: Cash payment on the coach is required.

  • Letchworth: 8:30 AM
  • Stevenage: 8:45 AM

• Comfort Breaks: As it’s a short journey, we plan no stops but can halt at South Mimms if necessary.

Coach Fare: £30 (payable in advance, preferably at least 2 weeks beforehand).
