We’ll guide you through a classic Hatha yoga sequence designed to soothe your nervous system and alleviate tension. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️

Please remember to bring your own yoga mat (essential!) and a water bottle. Don comfortable clothing to enhance your practice.
