Contact Improvisation dance - outdoors

Join us for an invigorating Contact Improvisation dance session in the great outdoors! 🎉 This event is completely sober and drug-free, welcoming everyone curious to explore the art of movement. To participate, simply click "going" or send a personal message.

Location: At the lawn outside Riksdagen.
Jam Structure: Arrive at the lawn prior to the starting time for a guided warm-up. The jam will follow after 1-1.5 hours of intro. Experienced dancers can join at any time! We'll begin with solo and partner dancing to reconnect with foundational CI techniques, flowing into an open jam where movement is the focus.

Contact Improvisation is a beautiful dance art form that encourages listening to your body and connecting with your environment and fellow dancers. Whether dancing, observing, or engaging in the space, all contributions are valued! Please keep conversations away from the dance group to maintain focus. Feel free to enter or exit your dance whenever you wish. Remember to bring comfy clothes – we dance barefoot!
