Ready to go from zero to your first 5KM in just 8 weeks? 🌟 Join our Blouberg evening group designed exclusively for complete beginners, perfect for anyone starting from scratch, older runners, or those carrying extra weight. 🏅

What You’ll Get:

• 16 coached group sessions on Mondays & Wednesdays from 18:00 to 18:45.
• Weekly interval schedule to progress gently from 30s run/60s walk to your first 5KM.
• One “Homework” run each week.
• Real-time coaching on running form, breathing techniques, and mental strategies.
• Warm ups and cool downs, pacing education, plus injury prevention guidance.
• A supportive WhatsApp group for direct access to your Coach.
• A community of beginners starting at the same level.
• Missed a session? Your Coach will share it on the group so you can catch up! 📲
